How booking works
This site lists Bali tours, activities, airport transfers and private car charter options. Submitting an inquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for information -- it does not create a booking or a contract, and it does not obligate you to pay anything. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed price, availability, and pickup or logistics details with you directly, and you have agreed to proceed.
Pricing
Prices are not published on tour pages because they depend on your travel dates, group size, and current operator availability. The price we quote you directly, after you inquire, is the price that applies to your booking -- not any figure estimated elsewhere.
Payment
Where online payment is available for a specific tour, it is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor -- we do not store your card details. Where online payment is not available, payment arrangements are confirmed directly with you as part of finalizing your booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific tour, activity or service provider and are confirmed with you before payment, not fixed by a single blanket policy. See our Cancellation Policy for how to request a change or cancellation.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information when you inquire or book (travel dates, group size, passenger names where required, and any mobility, health or dietary needs relevant to the activity), and for meeting any age, fitness or documentation requirements specific to the tour you book.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
