We deliberately do not state a fixed cancellation window or refund percentage here, because none is confirmed across all 50 tours on this site -- inventing one would be inaccurate for most of them. This page explains the real process instead.
Before you book
Because prices, availability and change/cancellation terms are confirmed per booking rather than fixed in advance, we recommend asking about cancellation terms directly in your inquiry if flexibility matters to you -- especially for weather-dependent activities (island boat trips, water sports, volcano sunrise tours).
After you book
To change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us with your booking details as early as possible. We will tell you what change/cancellation/refund terms apply to your specific booking and confirm any next steps.
Weather and operational cancellations
If an operator cancels or cannot safely run a tour (for example due to weather), we will work with you on rescheduling or a resolution appropriate to that situation.
Questions
Why isn't there one fixed cancellation window (like 24 or 48 hours) for every tour?
Because tours on this site come from different local operators, each with their own change/cancellation terms. Rather than publish one blanket rule that wouldn't be accurate for every tour, we confirm the exact terms for your specific booking before you pay.
How do I request a change or cancellation?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking details (tour name, travel date, name used to book) and what you'd like to change. We'll confirm what's possible and any applicable terms for that specific booking.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
This depends on the specific tour's terms and how close to the travel date you cancel, which are confirmed with you before payment. We do not have a single fixed refund percentage that applies to every tour.
